Meet Our Team

Starletta Forson

Starletta Forson is a Certified Public Accountant and is also the Director of Inclusive Teams, Inclusive Dreams. She founded the idea for the organization through her volunteer work as a previous mentor of high school and college students pursuing accounting degrees. Her desire to help Chicago’s Youth has only grown from her previous endeavors. In 2023, Forson was awarded the Illinois CPA Society “Women to Watch” Award for outstanding women in the accounting profession that demonstrate leadership and a desire to help the greater community.

Divonte Lumpkin - Board Member

Divonte Lumpkin is currently the Chief Financial Officer of Acclivus Inc, a nonprofit organization in Chicago known for its relentless efforts to reduce violence and mediate conflict within high risk communities. Divonte is heavily involved in sports and mentors up and coming high school and college athletes within the Chicagoland Area. Divonte plans to give back to the youth by investing in them and continuing the legacy of paying it forward.

Morayma Barron - Marketing

Morayma Barron is a Certified Public Accountant at Blue River Petcare in Chicago, IL. She attended the University of St. Francis where she benefited tremendously from the mentorship provided to her by alumni, faculty, and professors. She recognizes the importance and need for mentors in the Chicago community which is why she is excited to help facilitate the mission of Inclusive Teams, Inclusive Dreams through our marketing efforts.

Cynthia Ruffin - Treasurer

Cynthia Ruffin has been in the Accounting Industry as a Senior Administrative Assistant to high-level leadership for over 25 years. She enjoys mentoring young professionals and has also tutored students from Chicago Public Schools. Her objective is to help students in their overall goals to be successful in life. She is very excited to be a part of the program and help facilitate the mission.

Jennille O’Connor - Board Member

Jennile O’Connor is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is currently working in forensic accounting at Alvarez and Marsal, a global investigations firm. She is passionate about fostering inclusivity and understands the importance of representation as students navigate their educational journey and enter the workforce. Through her own career journey, Jennile has recognized the transformative impact of mentorship and is committed to inspiring young people of color to pursue their dreams fearlessly.
